Reservation conditions
BOOKING TERMS, REGISTRATION PROCEDURE, METHODS AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED
1. For a guaranteed reservation, it is necessary to transfer the amount for one check-out day of the selected apartment category. This amount is non-refundable in case of no-show at the hotel.
1.1. Cash, non-cash transfers, and debits from bank cards are accepted as payment for services provided. The cost of accommodation and additional services is indicated in the price list. All payments are made in the national currency - hryvnia.
CHECK-IN from 15:00, CHECK-OUT before 12:00.
Accommodation of children under 6 years old without an extra bed and breakfast is free of charge.
2. The amount of the prepayment is taken into account at the time of check-in of the guest (he pays the remaining amount for the accommodation services).
2.1. To book a hotel, you must make a prepayment within 3 working days from the date of booking.
2.2. The aparthotel has the right to charge the guest's card for the first day of stay at any time after the guest has booked upon providing the card details. Free cancellation of the reservation is possible no later than 30 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the amount is debited from the guest not refundable and remains in the aparthotel as a penalty.
3. If check-in is delayed for more than 24 hours due to the fault of the guest, the reservation is considered canceled without notice. In this case, the prepayment amount remains with the aparthotel.
4. Payment for accommodation at the hotel for less than a day is made as for a full day.
5. If there are available places and there are no booking requests, gives guests the opportunity to use early check-in (before 15:00) or late check-out (after 12:00). Payment in this case is made in the amount of 100% or 50% of the daily price list for accommodation in the room of the selected category.
6. When registering, the guest must present an identification document (driver's license, military ID, passport), fill out a form and pay for accommodation. Persons without documents or without payment are not accepted.
7. If there are available places at the hotel, the guest can extend the stay at the hotel for at least 12 hours, paying for the accommodation according to the current rates.
8. Guests of our guests who stay in the room after 23:00, go through the registration procedure in advance and pay for accommodation services according to the price list.
9. In the absence of a guest, the key to his room is kept by the administrator. Loss of the key by the guest and issuance of a duplicate is reimbursed in accordance with the approved rates.
10. On the day of check-out, the key to the room is given to the administrator of the apart-hotel. The maid checks the condition of the room, if necessary, additional services are paid.
