TERMS OF RESERVATION, PROCEDURE OF REGISTRATION, METHODS AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT FOR THE PROVIDED SERVICES
1. As payment for services rendered, cash, non-cash transfers are accepted, debiting from bank cards is performed. The cost of accommodation and additional services is specified in the price list. All calculations are made in the national currency - hryvnia.

Accommodation of children under 6 years old without extra bed is free.
2. The amount of the prepayment made is taken into account at the time of the guest's check-in (he makes the remaining amount for the accommodation services).
2.1. To book a room, you must make a prepayment within 3 working days from the date of booking
2.2 The apart-hotel has the full right to withdraw from the guest's card the amount for the first day of stay at any time after booking by the guest upon providing the card details. Free cancellation is possible at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount debited from the guest is non-refundable and remains at the apart-hotel as a penalty.
3. If the check-in is delayed due to the fault of the guest for more than a day, the booking is considered canceled without notice. In this case, the prepayment amount remains with the apart-hotel.
4. Payment for staying at the hotel less than a day is made as for a full day.
5. If there are vacancies and there are no booking requests, guests can use an early check-in (before 15.00), or late check-out (after 11.00). In this case, payment is made in the amount of 50% of the daily price list for accommodation in a room of the selected category.
6. When registering, the guest must present a document identifying his identity (driver's license, military ID, passport), fills out a questionnaire and pays for accommodation. Persons without documents or without payment are not accepted.
7. If the hotel has free places, the guest can extend the period of stay at the hotel by at least 12 hours by paying for the stay according to the current rates.
8. Guests of our guests, who stay in the room after 23:00, pass the registration procedure in advance and pay for the accommodation services according to the price list.
9. In the absence of the guest, the key to his room is kept by the administrator. The loss of the key by the guest and the issuance of a duplicate is reimbursed according to the approved tariffs.
10. On the day of check-out, the key is given to the administrator of the apart-hotel. The maid checks the condition of the room, additional services are paid.
