Early check-in:
- from 00:01 to 12:00 of the scheduled arrival date - payment of 100% of the room price for one night.
Late check-out:
- before 19:00 on the day of the planned departure - payment of 50% of the room price for one night.
Early check-in and late check-out conditions are valid if rooms are available.
Additional places:
- children up to 6 years old — free of charge (without provision of an additional seat and breakfast);
- additional place for an adult - UAH 350/day.
All conditions are valid for the summer season, other seasons - by agreement.
Accommodation with pets:
Accommodation with pets is possible by arrangement with the Hotel reception.

Conditions of residence:
- The cost of an animal's stay is — 350 UAH/day.
- Allowable weight of the animal is — up to 8 kg.
Accommodation is possible only with prior agreement with the Hotel Administration.
The Guest is fully responsible for the behavior of his pet, its safety and the preservation of the Hotel's property.
Rules of stay:
- The animal must be healthy, clean, vaccinated (at the request of the Administration, a veterinary passport may be requested).
- It is forbidden to leave the animal unattended in the room for a long time.
- Movement through the common areas of the Hotel only on a leash or in a carrier.
- It is forbidden to walk animals in the pool, restaurant and playground.
- The owner must clean up after his pet himself.
In case of violation of the order or creating discomfort for other guests, the Administration may refuse further accommodation of the animal.
Owner's responsibility:
- Any damage caused to the Hotel's property will be compensated by the guest according to the market value of the damaged items.
- In case of significant damage, the Administration may charge an additional fine or refuse further accommodation.
