Accommodation rules

1. Check-in time is 15:00, check-out time is 11:00;
2. The apartment (place) in the apart-hotel is provided to the vacationer after registration and payment for the room according to the price list;
3. Check-in time is considered to be the estimated time at the apart-hotel;
4. The cost of living is calculated individually, depending on the category of apartments, time;
5. Early check-in and late check-out are provided only by agreement with the hotel with a surcharge of 50% of the room category price;
6. If an early check-in or late check-out is carried out more than eight hours in advance, a payment of 100% of the cost of the selected category will be charged;
7. If a guest wants to extend his vacation, he is obliged to notify the administration about this one day in advance;
8. If the vacationer does not warn in advance about the extension of the vacation, the administration has the right to refuse to extend the stay;
9. If the vacationer interrupts his vacation at the apart-hotel, the money paid for the accommodation will not be refunded;
10. If the vacationer is forced to interrupt his vacation due to any unforeseen circumstances, the administration has the right to postpone his vacation to another, more convenient time for him, in apartments of the same category;
11. Changes in weather conditions are not a reason for refunding the money deposited for the stay;
12. In case of damage or loss of property belonging to the Poseidon apart-hotel, the vacationer is obliged to compensate for material damage in accordance with the established price list;
13. The administration is not responsible for the valuables and money left in the apartment. A safe is provided for storing valuables;
14. If the vacationer does not adhere to the rules established in the apart-hotel, which interferes with others, or in the event that the vacationer deliberately causes any material damage, the administration has the right to forcibly evict him from the apart-hotel without refunding the cost of living;
15. Upon departure, the vacationer must notify the administration, rent the apartment;
16. In case of late release of the apartment, the administration reserves the right to collect from the vacationer an amount of ½ the daily cost of the room;
17. STAYING WITH ANIMALS in Apart-hotel "Poseidon" is allowed strictly by agreement with the administration;
18. Smoking in the rooms is FORBIDDEN (PENALTY-500UAH), allowed only in specially designated areas.
