RULES OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE APART-HOTEL "POSEIDON"

1. The apart-hotel "Poseidon" is intended for temporary accommodation and recreation of citizens of Ukraine and foreign citizens for a period agreed with the hotel administration. Upon expiration of the agreed period, the resident is obliged to vacate the room at the request of the administration. If you wish to extend your stay, you must notify the hotel administrator no later than 24 hours in advance local time. Extension of stay in this room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it in favor of third parties.

2. Check-in time - from 15:00, check-out time - until 12:00.

3. The working hours of the apart-hotel "Poseidon" are around the clock.

4. An apartment (place) in the apart-hotel is provided to a vacationer only after he/she has provided:

- an identity document of a citizen of Ukraine;

- a foreign passport proving identity;

- a driver's license;

- a birth certificate - for persons under 14 years of age.

The guest fills out a registration card (questionnaire) and makes full payment for accommodation upon arrival at the Poseidon apart-hotel.

5. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide services to guests who do not present an identity document or refuse to pay for their accommodation, as well as persons in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, persons with impudent and incorrect behavior towards employees and residents of the hotel.

6. Payment for accommodation provided by the hotel is made in cash or by bank transfer, as well as using payment (credit) cards according to the current price list of the hotel. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in the national currency - hryvnia.

7. Check-in time is considered the check-in time in the apart-hotel.

8. The cost of accommodation is calculated individually depending on the category of apartments and the time of check-in. For accommodation of children under 6 years old without a bed and breakfast - no fee is charged.

9. Early check-in and late check-out are provided only upon agreement with the hotel administration with an additional charge of 100% (early check-in) and 50% (late check-out) of the cost of one check-out day, depending on the selected room category.

10. If early check-in or late check-out is more than eight hours in advance, a fee of 100% of the daily cost of the selected category will be charged.

11. If the guest does not notify in advance about extending the stay, the administration has the right to refuse to extend the stay.

12. If the guest interrupts his stay at the aparthotel, the money paid for the stay will NOT BE REFUNDED.

13. A CHANGE IN WEATHER CONDITIONS IS NOT A REASON FOR A REFUND FOR THE ACCOMMODATION.

14. If the vacationer is forced to interrupt his vacation due to any unforeseen circumstances, the administration has the right to reschedule his vacation to another, more convenient time for him, in apartments of the same category, subject to availability for the selected period.

15. Booking — a guest's request by email, by phone, or through booking websites (Booking.com and similar booking aggregators if there are available rooms, or through the booking module on the hotel website poseidon-apart-otel.com).

16. When booking, checking in or free check-in, the guest selects the room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the administration of the aparthotel.

17. Booking is guaranteed with 100% prepayment for one estimated day of stay.

Cancellation of the booking is free if it is made up to 30 calendar days before arrival. For late cancellation of the booking, a prepayment of 100% of the room rate for one estimated day is charged (PREPAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE).

18. At the request of residents and with the consent of the administration, strangers are allowed to stay in the room from 10:00 to 23:00.

In case of a visitor's delay in the guest's room after 23:00 or at the invitation of a registered guest of a stranger at night to the hotel (from 23:00 to 8:00), then these persons must be registered for accommodation in the guest's room.

21. The Aparthotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electricity and heat energy, water supply). MONEY FOR ACCOMMODATION IS NOT REFUNDED.

24. Valuables and cash must be kept in an individual safe. The administration of the Poseidon Aparthotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables in the guest's room. In the event of discovery of forgotten items, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration has the right to dispose of them after 7 days if the owner does not appear.

25. The book of reviews and suggestions is with the hotel administrator on duty and is issued upon request of the guest.

26. The administration of the Poseidon Aparthotel reserves the right to enter the room without the guest's consent in the event of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in the event of a guest's violation of this accommodation policy, public order, or use of household appliances.

27. The hotel administration reserves the right to impose a fine on guests for violating fire safety regulations, smoking in unauthorized places, and failure to comply with the legal requirements of the administration.

28. If the guest is absent from the place of residence for more than 24 hours (or after the check-out time of 11:00), the administration of the Poseidon Aparthotel has the right to create a commission and make a description of the property in the room. The administration takes responsibility for material assets in the form of cash, precious metals, and valuable documents.

29. In case of complaints from the guest, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, as provided by law.
